Miscarriage of Justice.

An Australian High Court ruling was undeniably wrong.

There was an undoubted miscarriage of Justice when the truth was unscrupulously evaded.

Melbourne based High Court Judges G A A Nettle and M M Gordon obstructed due process, perverted the course of Justice and broke the Rule of Law.

A challenge was made in Linkedin and to the highest level of Australian Legal academics and elsewhere for anyone to prove otherwise.

No one made any attempt to deny there had been a miscarriage of Justice.

To allow this undeniable miscarriage of Justice to remain is an indictment of the lack of truth, integrity and moral decency in that biased obstructed dishonest ruling from Australia’s highest Court.

Obviously, anything you can contribute to having this undisputed miscarriage of Justice overruled will be appreciated.

Please pass this on, or publish, discuss or distribute to anyone who may be able to initiate an overrule of this despicable miscarriage of Justice.
